Cancellations can be very disruptive to participants' plans. Frequent cancellations, or no-shows, are a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in suspension of the account from Eleven Life.

To cancel a session of your activity, locate it and open the session panel, select Cancel session. Your guests will receive a notification and a full refund.
